I've pointed a few enquirers on alt.os.linux.slackware and alt.os.linux
to the netraverse FAQ - which I (used to) find very good. 

But a quick check just now (on whether there was a USB FAQ) took me
round in a large loop of netraverse corporate self-congratulation. Could
support please check that the route through to meaningful support is a
little easier...! :-)
