Excuse a dumb-sounding question. Why is everyone so hot to get sound
working under Win4Lin? I can use my Linux CD player while in Win4Lin. I
can play mp3 files while using Win4Lin. I can even use my TV tuner card
while using Win4Lin. About the only reason I can think of to have sound
under Windows, is to play Windows games. Could someone clear this up for
me?

Frankly, for use at my business, I would get a lot more excited if
Win4Lin supported Windows Network Neighborhood. Samba mounts are not
sufficient. For example, if I want to install a file off my company's
LAN, I need to be able to map a drive letter to a specific directory. I
*can* do this with samba, but it is awkward sometimes.

Bottom line though, this is a great product. I can run Linux at work,
but still access the Office docs and Visio files everyone seems to use.
