Actually I'm having the same problem with Sony Creative Software. Lynne bought
me a copy of Sound Forge Professional and we did not get their confirmation
either. The difference is that they didn't distribute a serial number on their
website and on the order status page the serial number I need isn't shown. I
tried to contact them as well using a secondary address, but still no answer.
It really isn't doing much for me, because I'm waiting to get started on an
audio project but this is holding things up. I could try using another editor
I guess, but I know Sound Forge and it would be quicker than using something
like Amadeus Pro for Mac which, I confess, I haven't used in donkey's years
owing to my health problems and I've forgotten how the hell you get around in
that app. Not the developer's fault, of course.
