My problem is that I'm short on time and I'm not familiar enough with NVDA. Window-Eyes is not exposing the relevant controls, nor is it allowing me to see the buttons to specify source folder etc.. So I'm court between a rock and a hard place!

Once the settings are set you can just use the context menu system to add your files.
