Hi OK, I had to use an alternative solution but the problem is now sorted. Thanks for your tip, David. I never thought of using NCH Software's product.
As for say CD-DA Extractor, I had absolutely no joy with either version 16.0.09 or 16.1.0 and Window-Eyes version 7.5.4.1. Even moving around the screen with the mouse pointer didn't show me the items I need to convert the files.
