Hi all

OK, for another project I need to be able to mix two or more files together.
This is a radio project so the jingle bed needs to be dynamic in terms of
volume. Could somebody plead outline the best way of accomplishing this task
using Microsoft Windows-based audio editing software and mixing software? I
don't want to have to pay others to do the work, I want to be able to do it
myself. I already have the beds to work with, I just need to be able to
produce the voice FX and mix them intelligently. Naturally it all needs to be
accessible.

Thanks.
