Firstly select and copy the audio that you wish to mix and then type ctrl-m.

The dialog is pretty straight forward, first specify the time where you wish
in the file you wish the sound to be mixed, use the "Preview" and "Stop"
buttons to allow previewing of what the mix will sound like.

Adjust the volume slider for the mix and when satisfied press "Okay".

You may also want to look at the "Cross Fade" option.

OK, could somebody outline the process of mixing two audio files together in
