Lynne, I think, could be very helpful in assisting you to arrive at what seems the best solution for your particular situation. I'm certain there is freeware which would do the trick on the PC. While I mentioned Photoshop, you might well not need the entire package, there is something called Photo Elements which would considerably less money and do what is possibly required. The other thought is that I wonder if there are PC versions of the software Lynne uses on the Mac? Hoping some of the above may be of use.
