I've searched that site prety thoroughly and I can't find
anywhere on it where I can download what I need. Here's the
deal.
My machine runs Windows 8. The update to Windows 8.1 is free.
Thus, I need to dowload the upgrader to take it from 8 to 8.1.

Windows 8 media, only that useless so-called upgrade assistant.
