I plan on putting more ram in to this machine as soon as I am able to trust me. if I have my way about it I am going to max out this computer its max is 16 gigs

Many laptops now even come pre-configured with a minimum of 8GB of RAM, and I’m 
not talking about top of the range machines here either.

Take the current generation of HP Pavilion machines, for instance.  Indeed, my 
own Samsung machine which is 2 years old even has more RAM than that.  My HP 
Pavilion G6 has 8GB and it’s almost reaching its third birthday.
