I found this guide for NVDA Vocaliser voices. You'll need to install both the ini driver & voices file (available on the Vocalizer for NVDA downloads page). On NVDA, press NVDA+n, then Tools, then Manage Add-ons. You can proceed by adding both the voice & driver here. I'm assuming that you've got your license info for your purchase. You might need it at the downloads page for the voice file, & NVDA may also ask you for it.
