Good day!
CoLoadLibrary seems to expect an ascii library name, but in at least one
case, Juno 4.0 calls it with a unicode name, so LoadLibraryEx looks for
'C' and gets no joy at all. The attached patch hacks it to deal with
either. Maybe not pretty, but I don't know whether the app is wrong,
(it goes out of its way to use unicode), wine is wrong, or maybe this is
about the way we want to do it. Gets me to the next message box
(insufficient memory or disk space) - we don't do typelibs yet.
