Okay, graphics/xiidrv/palette.c was still using xmalloc, so I think
until that gets fixed I will just use realloc if the HeapRaAlloc fails.
Now, anyone know why comm_notificaction only gets called once, and
lpStat never budges from 0 0 0?? What was calling it before? :-)
