In 3 years of working with wine I can't remember that it's ever locked
the keyboard. I don't have a mouse, so it doesn't have a fair shot at
locking that.
Maybe what you are looking for is control-alt-backspace, which will kill
X and all its applications, unless you have
DontZap
in the ServerFlags section of XF86Config. If you have, take it out :-).
