I think maybe so.  :-)  If you can figure out how to work the OLE
interface to make documents, you should be able to work it from a
libwine program.  Not all of OLE is perfectly implemented yet, so you
might need to go native ([DllOverrides] oleblah32 = native) in the
-config or ~/.winerc with some of the ole dlls.  I'd try builtins first,
see if anything fails, and maybe go native with those.  It might work.
