[lots of stuff about documentation deleted] [posting to comp.emulators.ms-windows.wine, goes to wine-devel too] >You are, of course, free to say "No thanks". Or "Go to Hell." Or something more >colorful. You are 98%] right. ;-) I followed about two months the mailing list and not so closely and have currently even problems to convince the wine debugger to stop at a breakepoint... I would like to have the FAQ in the cvs broken up into small sections and preferably in html (minimum of html tags with a central css so you may only need a vi). Even with write access to all developers -don't think its nessesary to have the same check in control like the main tree. The amount of work to keep the documentation in time should be at less as possible so I would not like the diff/submit a patch kind of work for all small documentation changes. I agree with Robert here, every change in needs of registry keys/wine.ini/ commandline/debugger handling HAS TO BE DOCUMENTED AT THE TIME the source goes into the tree and should only accepted if the documentation goes updated to. Such patches could contain the changes for the documentation cvs tree to. juergen
