I have started such a thing, (see my wine-devel post on Wed May 24 17:30:09
2000). I mostly work with winelib on the weekends, so it will not be until next
week before the first part can be added.
Would it also be a good idea to spawn a new mail list Wine-devel-doc? The
purpose of the mail list for people developing documentation.
