as an end user, this is what I'd like to see work with Wine 1.0:
1) MS Office - this one seems obvious
2) Quicktime 4 for Windows - as Sorenson compression continues to remain
unavailable for Unix it seems like a good idea to support this. The good
news is that I've used the installer and it works like a charm. The bad
news is that QuickTimePlayer.exe itself doesn't work.
3) Some standard games (Unreal, etc.). It would be very cool if DirectX
worked with Wine ;)
These are just the things I would like to see. I'm sure other people
have other ideas.
