Web / CVS cutover

As planned, the website and read-only CVS tree have been cut over to a
machine at Corel. Please let me know about any hiccups or problems, and
I'll try and get them sorted out quickly.

I'd also be interested in hearing positive and negative feedback on the
speed and responsiveness of the new machine. We can put CVS mirrors all
over the world if required.
