I use kde and its easy to create icons for different apps.
Just put the complete command line behind the icon.

Hmm, take a programm you wrote and try to compile it with winelib.
Think you will notice very fast where something goes wrong and
with both sources (your and wine's) it's quite easy to find bugs.
