If I understand you right, maybe this could be a start. OTOH, by
closing the loopholes in a crude but effective manner, maybe it would
just bury the problem.
For those who don't know the format, these patches have been gzipped and
uuencoded. Keeps them from being folded it the mail, and doesn't meed
MIME.
