Exact, except a patch for WsControl()/WSAIoctl() that is coming, on the
short term, we're not planning to add any new functionality to Winsock.
In term of functionality missing in Winsock 2, probably the more important
one is that Wine doesn't support "overlapped" socket. Functions that use
those kind of socket are not implemented too (WSASend, WSARecv, etc.)
