Comment to my second point: kde is supported - only a posibility to switch
it off would be fine. I migh not like wine to mess around in my kde directorys.

New point: why do you all this path manipulations with strcat & friends?
The shell offers toons of Path* functions to eg. append a backslash.
(This is not valid if we put such code to a windows-manager lib like i proposed
in the last mail as Third Point, just something to think about)
