I don't think GetDeviceCaps is to blame. There's been lots of other commits,
like GDI object lock overhaul from Corel by Alexandre which may be the culprit
(but since wine main cvs server has changed host this week end and there's
still some mail issue out of the new host, it's not easy to get the whole list)
however cvsup works again, so I can provide the list of committed files

not really... SYSLELEVEL_CheckNotLevel calls DebugBreak() when the check fails

I get the same errors on check-not-level with vanilla word 97...
