Don't think so...
A year or so ago, Gavriel State (working for Corel at the time) got some
simple WineLib apps running on a PowerPC laptop. It wasn't a complete
port, but good enough to get some simple demos working. Try looking at the
wine-devel archives for more details?
Porting WineLib to other platforms is certainly worth doing, but I don't
know of anyone doing anything in this direction ATM. With the advent of
Sledgehammer and Itanium, perhaps Corel will be taking an interest?
Wine itself (i.e. the binary aspect) would be a much bigger undertaking -
to begin with, you have an x86 binary, so you need a complete 386 CPU
emulator linked in. At that point, you might as well run Wine under the
CPU emulator as well, and avoid the need to port anything :-)
