on the pure function call part, should be almost the same (or not noticeable)
on all the other functions point of view (gdi,user), wine has a slighter
overall performance than Windows, but this is being worked on

it may be; it depends what has been retrofitted into Wine, but i didn't
check it;i may not be the best guy to answer that
