No - more than anything, it means that most apps only use a small part of
crtdll. For example, Starcraft uses crtdll.dll, and Wine's builtin version
works just fine for it right now. And most developers don't bother to
implement stuff that no apps actually use...

Also, MS Visual C++ apps tend to use MSVCRT instead of CRTDLL... but these
apps should install a native version of that.
