Yes, we have an "unofficial patches" directory,
http://www.winehq.com/unoff/, for such purposes. But perhaps you should
direct such requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED], rather than wine-devel? The
members of web-admin are the people with write access to the WineHQ
webserver tree, so you could just mail the file over there and someone
will put it up. (Although Alexandre has access, I don't think he's
interested in spending time on webserver maintenance too, so he's not the
one to talk to...)
