Hi!

I had a look at geralds patch and he  moving the code whats initializing 
the view after sending some messages.
This should be ok since is not a problem to initialize the shellview as late as
possible to allow other programs to eg. reorder controls or to resize the
hidden listview.
The shellview gets the dimensions from the hidden listview on creation.
If the shellview is created later it should get the right dimensions.
Is there still a problem left? Is there a downloadable program?
