No, you must be right.
Yet something's wrong when the focus rectangle is drawn with XOR: its
color (some sort of dark grey) is different from that of the text
(black). On Win9x both are definitely pitch black.
As a test I use notepad, type a character, and exit. Notepad asks me
if I want to save the changes and the 'Yes' button has the focus
rectangle.
At this point I have no idea what's wrong then. Maybe there's
something more to do for the hdc setup. Or maybe Win9x is not useing
DrawFocusRect for this???
