I can't compile wine unless I change all instances of 'struct option' in tools/winebuild/main.c and library/debug.c to something else, since it conflicts with getopt.h. I changed to 'struct wineoption' in my local checkout. I reported this as a bug in bugzilla on codeweavers, but have never heard anything.
