Yes, it works with this change; this is not surprising, do you intend
this as a test or as a real fix ?
In the latter case, I have tried to do a small app creating a window with a scrollbar
and create a multiline control with no scrollbar; in this specific case, the scrollbar
is not disabled, but its range is changed - this does not happen with the same
app under NT4. As it's a test app I wrote with Bcb4, I can send it to you if you
want it.
