Has anyone actually figured out what is required for a license change? Regardless what you think of the merits, it would seem that it would make the base confusing, at best, as the current LICENSE file must STILL be distributed along with the LGPL. At minimum, you still have to come up with another license for the spec compiler, and maybe some other stuff for the stuff in the tools directory.
It for sure isn't as easy as "cp LGPL LICENSE" -r
