step-by-step is like this: 1) make sure you are NOT root 2) extract the archive to a directory (/wine-date is what i use) date is the day for that cvs version 3) cd to /wine-date and type ./tools/wineinstall 4) answer any questions the installer may have 5) after it is finished, find the config file created by the wine installer (i think it is in /usr/lib/wine but not 100%) and edit it to match your system (instructions are in the file itself) 6) when you save it, save it to ~/.wine/config 7) run wine --winver win98 sol.exe (replace sol.exe with the path to your version of windows solitaire) and have fun... __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
