Our Bugzilla documentation will grow significantly, will contain references to other documentation (e.g. troubleshooting guide, debugging guide). I'd prefer to have bugzilla documentation somewhere in CVS, so we do not need to ask Jeremy Newman to change a something, but would be able to do it ourselves and submit ready-to-use patch.
