For the quartz driver, as it's not going to cause regressions in
existing code, you're probably better off submitting the entire thing in
one big patch. Show us what the completed thing looks like, then we can
give you better feedback on it.
If it's too big to post to wine-patches, try put it on a website, and
submit a link to it.
