This isnt going to work for me. Here is more information that I should of
included in the first email.
interface ICLRRuntimeHost : IUnknown
...
HRESULT ExecuteInAppDomain([in] DWORD dwAppDomainId,
[in] FExecuteInAppDomainCallback pCallback,
[in] void* cookie);
...
So FExecuteInAppDomainCallback has to be defined or I will get compile errors.
