Have a look at dlls/winex11.drv/window.c. It looks like windows of type _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_DIALOG have a similar problem to the one related to _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_UTILITY. Try to comment out appropriate line of code and see if that helps. -- Dmitry.
