pszText is Edit control text at this point (or NULL). How it's related to
LISTVIEW_GetItemW? And what this +2 adding mean?
The +2 appears because cchTextMax "includes the terminating NULL". I
think it should be 1 if not isW.
It doesn't depend on A<->W conversions, it's measured in characters.
Anyway this is wrong.
