I'm not sure that the infra people are all that skilled at GIT just
yet, maybe in the future... yes. Or I could be wrong and they are GIT
gods na.
Just curious if anyone else on this list has run into similar
problems. Google is some help, but not as helpful as talking to
someone who has gone through the same problem and solved it.
We'll see if my `git svn clone ...` minues '-s' works soon... though
should be moot as soon as the vote concludes and sandbox -> trunk,
though I'm still curious how to make GIT do what I want.

You probably would get a quick response if you ask this question in
infrastructure-dev@ as Jukka and others have much more experience, at
least compared with me.... Anyway, my guess is that you would have to
use the --branches parameter when doing git svn init to add the
sandbox as a branch.
