The generateJaxb.bat file is not used and should be deleted.
As Michael mentioned, all the ASF and APP JAXB models were initially generated
from XSD files using xjc, but then were modified to conform to the respective
specs. We kept the XSD files for future reference only, they are not used
during build time or during runtime.
