In the Wink Admin console, both in the "Application resources view" and in the
"Wink Resource registry view" whenever there is a resource that is implemented
as a sub resource. its url appears corrupted.
Example, in the QADefect example the defect sub resource uri appears as
"<uri>/defects{defect}</uri>" instead of "<uri>/defects/{defect}</uri>"
