I updated the LICENSES file in trunk in SVN r804031 based on the language and
the information provided by other Apache releases.
No two projects had the exact same language regarding components under
different (i.e. non-Apache) licenses so I based it on CXF's language and I
think it was Pivot's listing of the full license. Would like some one to
review this one.
