Should not be a reason for re-spining another release candidate.  
It is time to provide our customers official, publicly available release.

Hmm I think I missed committing one of my patches for WINK-138
somehow.  The aggregated wink JAR's META-INF still has the Apache Wink
WebDAV info since that's the last NOTICE file that it grabs.

Sorry about that.

I think everything besides that is fixed now from what I saw.
