Description:
Currently client loads hard-coded providers (see
ClientConfig.initDefaultApplication)
it should load providers from 'wink-providers' file using the
ApplicationFileLoader.
If "wink-providers" contains providers that can run only on server side, they
should be moved to wink-server component.
