Bryant Luk commented on WINK-159:
---------------------------------

Abdera is still at the incubating repository (
http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-incubating-repository/org/apache/abdera/ )
since they haven't done any releases since then (April 2008) according to their
page http://abdera.apache.org/ .

> There is an issue that has come up with the json.org classes in a few other
> runtimes. Specifically, the classes as we get them today contain a line in
> the license that says:
> "The Software shall be used for Good, not Evil."
> This issue has come up with both Abdera and Jettison before, and they are
> both using a new version of the classes with a clean license, provided by the
> json.org team. See http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JETTISON-66 for more info.
> We need a clean copy of these classes for Wink as well. It may be that we
> ultimately get them from one of the dependencies with a clean copy, but we
> can figure that out.
