* What type of http method the ASF should send to the Authentication Point?
Should it always be GET? Should it be configurable or may be part of challenge?
I don't think sending the same method that was sent to Application makes sense,
since it may be DELETE or even something custom. While the reason for accessing
the Authentication Point it GETting the assertion.
