I will make the changes for 1) and 3). For 2), it was a safety precaution in
case users passed in null for the mapped namespaces (for the Jettison mapped
namespace style).
I will also add code for users to be able to enable/disable the reader or
writer (so they can choose to use only the Reader or Writer part).
Did some looking into Jettison's issue tracker, I will disable the reader
section for now due to http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JETTISON-74 .
