Overlooked a possible need in wink-common. Looks like we need the same fix in
org.apache.wink.common.internal.application.ApplicationFileLoader as was done
in WINK-226. Wink common does not yet have a dependency on Apache commons
lang, which is what I used in WINK-226 since wink-server already had that
dependency.
