Duplicate def of junit in pom

There is a duplicate of the junit dep in this pom:

    wink-client-apache-httpclient/pom.xml

This is not okay in Maven3, it pukes up an error.

BTW, you guys might want to start building with Maven3 to catch these types of 
errors.  There are a few other non-fatal errors that should also be cleaned up.
